Astellas is committed to supporting and maintaining access to medications for patients who are treated with an Astellas cardiology product.

The Astellas Access Program^SM (AAP) was established to provide no-cost stock replacement of injectable medications that have been administered to qualifying uninsured patients. Patients must meet specific criteria to qualify for assistance.
