ARS Claims and Billing Support Process
To request payer-specific coding and claims submission information:
| 1. | Call ARS at 1-800-477-6472 to speak with a designated reimbursement specialist experienced with payers in your area. |
| 2. | The reimbursement specialist will call the payer to verify coding and claims submission requirements for the medication and associated services. On occasion, it is necessary to request this information from the payer on a patient-specific basis. |
| 3. | To support patient-specific research, submit a Benefit Verification Request via Astellas eService. |
| 4. | The reimbursement specialist will provide a summary of the findings to the healthcare provider, including detailed coding claims submission requirement within 2 business days. |
| 5. | The healthcare provider may submit a copy of a completed claim form for ARS to review for completeness prior to submission to the payer. |
