Below are some national foundations that may be able to assist patients with financial obligations, including costs associated with Prograf. There may be other state or local programs that can help your patients with their healthcare costs. An ARS reimbursement specialist can assist you in identifying and connecting patients with resources to help with Prograf-related medical expenses. These foundations are independent of Astellas and Astellas does not control eligibility for these programs.
